08-03-2023 23:32We love our new floors! The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. No issues at all, and the install didn't take long. It's been a few months since the install and we are still happy with the results. Switching from carpet to vinyl flooring in our living room was the best option for us. We were so pleased with our results that we recommended Flowers Flooring to my parents. Below are 2 pictures of my floors and 1 of my parents. They are also still pleased with their new floor 🙂

07-15-2023 20:05Terrible company!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I ordered carpet with Flowers Flooring in Winston. They were very nice initially and their customer service was great on the front end. I ordered carpet in May and they assured me they could have the installed it installed by mid June. The carpet supposedly didn't arrive from the manufacturer on time and then the store allegedly didn't have installers to do the job so the job kept getting delayed. Finally I requested that I hire my own installer and did that with their approval and documentation that they would refund me the cost of installation. I had my carpet installed the next day. It has been nearly 2 months now and I have not received my refund despite multiple calls and numerous emails. I have spoken with Katie the regional manager multiple times and she just tells me accounting should be reaching out to me. I have not hear anything from accounting. Then she stopped answering my calls. Recently their hours changed so they are only open 2 days a week. Since I could not reach Katie anymore, I went to their store during one of the days they reportedly open and no one was there. There is a sign on their door that says show room by appointment only. I cannot get ahold of anyone to collect my refund. I would not do business with this company! Additionally the installer I hired to do my carpet told me he worked for Flowers in the past and did many jobs for them. He states they owe him 30K from prior installs and never paid him. I am reporting the company to the BBB.

06-12-2023 22:19Avoid this business like the plague!!!! You won’t believe how much of a nightmare my experience has been with them. So it starts back in May 2023. We put a deposit of $18,500 down to have Flowers Flooring install our laminate floors. After one month of delays, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps business is good and they’re schedule is full. So I didn’t complain. I stayed patient. But then, one more month passed, and so I reached out and began expressing my frustration with how long it has taken. They reassured me and promised the job would get done. But then, after a couple of more weeks of silence, we ended up hiring another company to do the job. Flowers Flooring said they would issue a full refund and that it would take up to 30 days to process. After about 40 days, I reached out to them asking what the status of the refund was. After all, $18,500 is a lot of money. But, after 2-3 days, we didn’t get any response from Flowers. We even tried reaching out directly to the owner, and can you guess what happened? That’s right, nothing. Radio silence. And so after 3 months of delays, 48 days of silence after requesting a refund, and a lot of frustration, we decided to escalate matters and reach out to our credit card company to file a dispute. Our credit card company gave us a provisional credit of $18,500 and is looking into the matter as we speak. Folks, I know there are a lot of you out there who are owed money from this criminal company. If you paid with a credit card, you are legally protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974. Open a case and get your money back! Even if you didn’t pay with a credit card, contact your bank and open a dispute! We work too hard for our money to have dishonest people steal from us.

05-04-2023 06:41****Update as of 9/6/23 - received response to my BBB complaint that their records indicate Flowers is out of business. ****If you post a review on their website it gives it five stars no matter what you selected.**** I wish there were negative stars. If this place is anything like their store in Cornelius, NC you should stay away, and based on the reviews it is exactly the same. Purchased tile from Flowers Flooring in March and was told around 3-4 weeks for tile to arrive. Five months later the floor has still not been installed. The first call to Flowers was in April to check status and I was told it would be a few more weeks. Weeks passed so I called again and was told there was a delay so another month. Fast forward to early June, they finally called to schedule installation for June 23rd. Installer arrives on June 23rd with the wrong tile. The incorrect tile was delayed and not the tile we ordered so not only did we wait longer than necessary but we also overpaid. Completely wasted a vacation day and was offered a 5% discount for the inconvenience when sales rep called. Rep stated the correct tile was in stock in Savannah, GA so it should take around two weeks to arrive. Also stated she would request a refund for amount overpaid and that would take around 30 days. Flowers finally called stating tile had arrived and scheduled an appointment for July 31st. July 29th I received a call at 4:00 stating the tile did not come in as expected. I'm not sure why they would schedule an appointment knowing they did not have the tile. Told store manager to cancel my order and issue refund. He sent the billing department an email to confirm cancellation and request to issue a refund. I've tried to contact them also and they do not respond. No email, call, etc. Asked manager what I need to do to get my refund and he stated he's done all he can do. Also, have not received refund check I was told would arrive in 30 days. Would not recommend to anyone based on my own experience or what I've heard recently from others

05-01-2023 13:35Repaired kitchen floor for me. Needed some fixes done after the install. They agreed, set up an appointment (June 25th) and NEVER SHOWED UP. I called all day only to be told someone will call me back. Now (JULY 1st) they won't return emails or calls to their company. Shameful way to do business as my kitchen floor is still uneven to this day. And the subfloor they were supposed to replace, still sags. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

03-16-2023 01:09Introductions were great (i.e communication, suggestions, charisma). Suddenly, they broke their contract and told me it’d now take longer than 30 days to refinish the floors… Things happen so I simply requested a refund. They told me it would take 30 days for a refund. I was a bit irritated but if that’s their rules, then what can I do? It’s been a month and a few weeks now and they’ve been ignoring my calls and not responding to emails. What is going on?
