12-02-2023 05:41I was visiting from out of town and needed some sand bags to fill. I was amazed at how helpful the floor associates were! I had at least 4 store employees asked me if I needed assistance and once I did need help locating the item they stopped what they were doing and walked me to where the bags were supposed to be. Now they were out of stock but the level of courtesy really impressed me. I never get this from the Home Depot where I live. I instead purchased metal stakes not necessarily because I needed them but because I felt I owed it to the store to walk away with a purchase after the great customer service.

11-30-2023 06:43Really can’t tell how appreciative I am for the overall service at this location, before moving here we never went to Home Depot. But now it’s right down the street so I figured to give them a shot, Pete in blinds and Orly in paint(I’m sorry brotha, tried spelling the best I can here). They made my trip very much worthwhile and just have high respect for good customer service, it really is rare now. But I will always be back here. Thank you again everyone!

10-27-2023 20:21I went in today for a few items for my husband and I left feeling as if I was discriminate against the worker's there need to be checked on there customers skills but this 1 particular worker that was behind the counter at the PRO CHECK OUT his name was Bryant this man when I asked him if he was open to check me out told me NO I need to go stand in line over at the fare end in another clerks line that was extremely long but 2 other women came up after me that was a Lil lighter color then me and he checked them out with all smiles this was the ugliest feeling that he left me with I truly was HURT... 🙏 please train you're employees on being better and to treat everyone of equal no matter the color of there skin. God bless

09-29-2023 09:07I had purchased a door in july of this year and paid for it to be installed. When the installer came he told me the door was damaged and had to order another. I waited a month and heard nothing i called only to find out that the only person in all of home depot who can order the door is on vacation and it would get done when she arrived. I waited another week and finally had my door ordered. After that another 3 weeks and finally my door was gonna be installed but yet again the installer told me the door was damaged again!?He told me that he could either install it as is and order the damaged part later or reorder the door again. I didn't want to go through that nightmare again so I had him install it hoping he would put the note about the damaged part. Another month passes and still no call. It took me going to home depot and talking to the speciality department supervisor to get the ball rolling. And here I am still waiting on my door to be fully installed. Saying it's an administrative issue and he's working on it. Seriously the worst mistake I made was thinking a simple door installation from home depot would be easy. Sad thing I wanted to purchase more things but nope I'm better off looking for a contractor

08-24-2023 05:23I went to Home Depot to return 2 cans of spray paint. Was waiting on the other side of the cashier, who was busy with customers, at the table that looked like it could be used for customer service. The cashier looked at me when she finished with her last customer just to ignore me. I had to ask her if this is where returns for refund are done and she pointed to her check out table and said it's right here. So as I came around to her side I said to her, You could've said something. I was standing there waiting through two customers. She responded with, how was I supposed to know? I told her from my extensive customer service experience, It's your JOB to ask. I don't know what Home Depot's return policy actually is as far as info needed, but that had to be the fastest I've ever gotten money back on an item. No questions asked policy seems right for this doesn't really wanna work for her money, attitude girl!

05-07-2023 13:41Store people ignore customers, tell customers it's over there that way next to isle 20. I helped a poor lady who was lost and in the wrong area. They shouldn't point. They should walk the customer and show her the product. I also saw a man get completely ignored by someone whom he had been asking a question several times. They don't even greet customers. They don't ask can I help you find something
