10-01-2023 08:50Absolutely useless. Went in to get an O ring for a pump. I had to ring the supplier to get the part number so I could go back to Tradelink and get them to order it for me. Call initially to order, gave name and number. A week later called them to see if part arrived, it hadn’t. Rang a few days later asking them to make sure part was ordered, advised yes it was. Rang a few days later, still hadn’t arrived. Rang Supplier today to find they haven’t even placed the order. They might as well shut down, as we’ve had no water at our building for two weeks and they couldn’t care less.
