Had these carpet fitters in for two rooms and hall stairs an landing on a Saturday afternoon they where fast an the work was excellent we are both delighted with our new carpet the guys in the shop where brilliant aswell… would recommend to anyone that’s asks me

Rude and highly unprofessional illiterate bunch of guys. We purchased dinning table with leather chairs recently with gurantee. At first we were delighted with them. But now the leather is splitting on the seats. I phoned them and they accepted the fault but asking for £500 extra money. Now i heard from friend and family these guys sell bad quality stuff and charges you unfairly and so awful and appalling experience. Calling customer service was unproductive, they didn’t know how to resolve the issue. Lack of training and common sense. I highly don't recommend them and they doesn't even deserve single star Just buy a visit to shop and see how rude the are. Highly Disappointed.

They dont do the job properly and expect to be paid in full. Company full of cowboys. Measured the room themselves and still came with the wrong length of carpet. Edges weren’t put down properly so all lifted the next day. Allowed them to come fix their mistakes but no one showed for months. The owner loves to harass customers but cant be bothered to fix his mistakes. Expects to be paid after 9 months. Knocks on my door everyday. Avoid at all costs!

Never purchase carpets from here, what you see in the shop is not what is delivered and fitted, and then trying to get them to correct it will never happen as they say it's the same carpet but just a different batch but what they fit is not even worth £1.99 a sq yard. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give them less than 1 star then I would and that is still being generous. Bought some carpets and a floor lamp. Carpet fitters they sent were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Rude and demanded more money because all the rooms were not stripped back to bare flooring in advance(impossible in a living house which they were aware of at the time of ordering). I paid them the extra money they asked for and they still left everything in a mess. One of the room's carpet was sent with the incorrect measurement. I had to undertake a 90 min journey to go pick up the correct size on the day in my car. The floor lamp for which I was charged £250 wasn't delivered at all. I've been trying to rearrange the delivery for more than a month but they keep fobbing me off by saying leave it with me, I'll sort it out soon, can you collect it. I'm yet to see my money or the lamp. Abid the owner was at least polite and apologetic at the beginning but I have recently had the misfortune of liaising with Asif who is thoroughly unsuitable for a customer service role with his arrogant and rude behaviour. In summary save yourself the hassle and avoid them because aftersales care and customer service is alien to them.

My wife and I got this amazing super king sized bed from AA carpets and it’s really amazing, the customer service when purchasing was great and I even loved when the bed was being installed at our apartments, the guys that came for the delivery and installation was good and nice, it’s a third floor with another stair inside the apartment and they didn’t complain, they moved all the part stairs by stairs and did the installation fast and good, I would definitely visit again
