I quite liked the room itself... Very cozy, and I love the entrance from the exterior. It was clean, bed was above average, liked it. The woman at the front desk was not in a great mood, but polite, though I was quite annoyed that they refused to bill my company card and instead insisted on a $300 pre-authorization on my personal card. Never had that happen with an hotel before. Was less impressed with the skeezy dudes drinking in the hallway outside, who kept trying to get my attention as I came in and out. The area itself is also pretty nasty... Ugly concrete desert with a sports bar in the parking lot. Gotta drive a few minutes into town to find a decent place to eat. Overall, not great, not amazing, completely okay.

Great room for a reasonable price. Wonderful bed and room. I thought it might be noisy because of its location but it was really quiet. I would definitely go back.

The location and staff were okay as in pleasant to talk to , breakfast was at least okay, and the air conditioning worked. the price was insane. $230+ for that room just because it was during Canada Day? the room had blood stains on the carpet. I felt like singing some Michael Jackson. Yuck . They asked if we wanted to change rooms but that shouldn’t have been there in the first place if they cleaned properly . Also hornet nest above outdoor light . Was terrified every time I had to get through that door. Also. Lots of drunk and high people. Very annoying

This was a last minute stay for my wedding. The previous hotel had required a two night minimum. However, when I contacted best western halton hills they informed me my guests could stay for 1 night. I changed everyone over immediately. Halton hills was amazing to deal with. So helpful and patient with all my questions, accommodated all my guests. And even allowed us to check out late because we had to clean up at the venue. I wish I had all the names of the women I spoke with, but the front desk staff went over and above and were such a pleasure to deal with. Rooms/grounds/breakfast area all very clean and tidy.
