I recently visited a repair shop, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aryan, the store manager. He not only fixed my phone but also did so without charging me a single dollar, as it turned out to be a simple settings issue. Aryan spent a significant amount of time explaining everything to me thoroughly and providing me with all the necessary information. I highly recommend their service.

Very pleasant experience at this store. Aryan was extremely helpful and professional. Dealing with my insurance provider was a pain, but the experience here was great! Also went beyond my expectations. I was told my phone would be fixed with a slightly different part because of available stock. This was fine, but they went the extra mile and found the exact part needed and were able to get it to the store in time to use for my repair. I wish I got the name of the guy in the back as well because the service was also faster than expected. This store is lucky to have these people here.

Within just 15 minutes, I walked out with not only a new SIM card but also a fully repaired phone screen. The efficiency and quality of their work were truly commendable. Visited on November 22nd at 3 pm, seeking a quote for phone repair due to insurance. Two staff members in the back seemed unprepared for such requests. Despite a smooth experience with uBreakiFix in the past, this visit lacked efficiency. Requested quote, staff struggled, promised an email but received nothing. A simple printout would have sufficed. Disappointed with the unhelpful attitude. Questionable authenticity of 5-star reviews, especially from users with minimal reviews. Over a thousand positive reviews, but negative reviews should be taken seriously. I'm taking my business elsewhere; this branch has lost its previous reliability.
