So today I walked into source just to charge my phone by unplugging a random iPhone. I was then approached by Shiv and he said that I couldn’t charge it there so he took and and plugged it in somewhere else. He was really kind and had great customer service because then he offered to change my plan which I was going to next month but happy I did it now. Shiv took his time and was very patient in explaining everything to me, he even went out of his way to help me etc. He should easily get promoted, source needs more people like him with a welcoming smile and attitude.
