10-24-2023 19:33Absolutely dreadful customer service. Purchased a fujifilm XT5 on a kit which was over 3 K plus a memory card. I’ve been waiting for the delivery for more than 2 weeks and they have not delivered this , have missed some work opportunities cause of this . They say is a delay with Australia post I’m asking for the item to be available for pickup as the address with Au post has been already changed back to their store and they say I can’t pick It up yet till the item is back to them! As if Australia post hasn’t confirmed is returning back!! It’s ridiculous. Terrible experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND

08-06-2023 09:34As a returning customer I bought a tripod and within 5 minutes after purchasing the item I walked back into the store and ask if they could price match Ted’s camera and George’s camera as they were selling the same item for 20% less. The sales rep refused to price match and said “it’s too late it’s a done deal”. I understand it may be in their policy that they can’t return or price match after purchase but there is no need for the rude attitude This experience has left a sour taste and as a loyal customer I will no longer shop here. You’re better off shopping at Ted’s or George’s cameras for more competitive pricing and more importantly customer service

07-27-2023 04:55Just visited the store today to take a look at the camera. Unfortunately, the elderly Asian man near the door was extremely unhappy and rude when I politely mentioned that I would consider purchasing it later, as the price wasn't within my current budget. To my surprise, he proceeded to use inappropriate language in front of everyone present (like cursing me with so many harsh words). Naturally, I left the store immediately and found the camera elsewhere. I had a positive experience at JB Hi-Fi at the end, where the staff were friendly and helpful. It's disheartening to see such a stark contrast between the store's online reputation and its in-store reviews. Now I understand why many customers have left low scores; it's disheartening when people are criticised for browsing without an immediate purchase. I'm just an ordinary girl who wants to see the camera like anyone else. I wish the best for the old man in question, and I hope the store addresses this issue given the negative feedback from other customers.

04-04-2023 21:36The staff have attitude and are rude, so I won’t be buying from them again. I had to wait a while to be served, and I watched how they treat customers. The old, Asian man doesn’t seem to know what he is doing and has the nerve to blame customers. I was collecting an order and he was messing around on the computer for a while before someone else had to come and help him. He told him he was on the wrong screen and that’s why he couldn’t find my order. He had the nerve to lie by saying that I told him it was an online order, not an in store order, right in front of me and when I didn’t. The other staff member just said “it’s alright” and nobody had the decency to apologise. I saw him do the same thing to the customer before me. He couldn’t find the customer’s order and then he blamed the customer for not telling him what both items were in the order.
