10-13-2023 14:10The chair I purchased earlier in the year was defective and I went to purchase a warranty replacement a couple days ago. Everyone was very nice and helpful but when I got to the register the young lady asked me to wait so that she could check to make sure the price was comparable to their online price and sure enough it was much cheaper online. She then rang up the new chair at the discounted price. Great service from a wonderful staff. I don't give away many 5 star reviews but this time it was definitely earned.

06-19-2023 17:25My recent trip to staples was satisfying. I was able to have a poster made to celebrate my mother's 82nd birthday in a timely manner. The associates were so kind and helpful in their recommendations so I could get exactly what I needed. I had the option to pick up in one hour or the next day. I was impressed with the fast service. I would definitely recommend Staples for your printing and copying needs. It is rare these days that associates are so cordial and helpful. Most often you are ignored or expected to find what you need on your own. Cudos to Staples for doing it the right way.
