I have discovered exactly what I needed at Rona; the staff were supportive, and the prices are fair. However, there is room for improvement in customer service. The employees seemed somewhat reluctant to assist. When I inquired about the location of certain items, they provided vague directions and did not confirm the availability of the products. This level of service is not up to par for a customer service role, and I hope Rona addresses and enhances this aspect of their operation.
