USA Flooring in Winston-Salem has done an outstanding job with our new carpet and LVP floors! We couldn’t be more pleased! My experience started with personal service from Blake Cook, District Manager, who texted me after hours to answer my questions and send me in the right direction! That was followed by working with Manager, Emily Winfrey, who personally measured, communicated frequently, had an excellent installation team at the house promptly, and beat a previous quote I had received! Great product at a great price while dealing with great people! Who could ask for more!

The team at USA Flooring was excellent to work with. They were attentive and kind and their communication throughout our project was prompt and flawless. They had some great options in stock and the prices were cheaper than the big box stores where you have to wait for product to ship. I ordered one day and had the carpet the next day for installation. I would certainly work with them again.

Delivery and installation was quick and very professional. Would go to them again for future needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Emily and Catie worked with us through the whole process. They worked within our budget and were very knowledgeable about their products. The flooring was completed quickly. I also appreciated that they had a great relationship with the contractors that they used for the installation.

Our installers, Carlos and Alex, treated our home with respect and care. The carpet is better than I had hoped for. And the softness is amazing. Such comfort and warmth. The quality of the product and installation was worth the price.

This was such an easy experience. Our sales rep was fantastic, time was fast and efficient and the carpet quality is spot on. Highly recommend them for your next carpet needs. Also, 8’ padding is a MUST!
