We purchased both carpet and timber flooring from here. We had significant problems with the timber flooring. After trying many times, including calling from other numbers David, either doesn't answer and never returns calls and avoids finding a solution. For more than 2 years, today, we are no closer to a resolution. I would not recommend. Promises of emails and contact from the rep never happened.. and we were very pleasant all the time.. no aftersales or warranty help.

The salesman lied to me said the carpet wouldn’t show foot prints and it does very badly someone came to have a look at it but said nothing wrong with the carpet but I should have been told the truth so I’m stuck with it also said we could go choose a rug free of charge so went there picked one and they were going to bring it that day no one showed up and didn’t even call me Very dissatisfied with the carpet and customer service would not recommend Choices flooring
