Windsor Plywood

I’ve got very mixed feelings about Windsor Plywood… On one hand, they have a great selection of woods and supplies. The prices are on a higher side, but okay. On the other hand, the staff doesn’t seem to want to help you with anything! They hang out around cashiers most of the time and don’t offer any help, which is fine with me. But even when you need something and approach them for advice, they show very little interest in helping you out. I came here for the pocket hole jig, but left empty handed because sales associate I spoke with knew nothing about Milescraft systems nor was he able to locate the screws I needed. Quite disappointing experience.

My husband spent at least 2 weeks sanding down our 400sq ft deck preparing for new stain. After our own research we decided to go with Penofin. We went to standard building supplies and to Windsor plywood to buy Penofin. We spoke to the sales person in both store and were talked out of Penofin and recommended Ready seal. We applied Ready seal on the newly sanded deck. There were no black or silvering of the deck prior to applying stain. It rained 2 days after we applied the stain. Now 4 days after we applied the stain there are black marks showing all over the deck. Very very unhappy. Is there any sort of guarantee on this stain. Who can be made accountable for the horrible product and why is it so highly recommended by these suppliers. I need some sort to compensation for the false advertising of this product. Pics 1-completely sanded 2 and 3 stain applied 4 after 4 days- black spots showing and still oily- can’t walk bear feet. Tracking oil into the house
