07-24-2023 16:05Had several employees that were extremely helpful especially in the wood section. One prevented me from buy treated wood for an art project and another help buy cutting the safe wood into manageable pieces as well as directing me to a different section that I needed. One small negative point was my cart locked up and alarmed trying to leave for some unknown reason and if I had chosen to get my receipt emailed it might have been difficult to prove I wasnt stealing but the door staff were professional and quickly got everything sorted out.

07-24-2023 12:11This review would have been much different if it wasn’t for Scott at customer service. There was a slight delivery issue and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue on the SAME DAY and made sure to communicate every step as it happened. Great job Scott! And THANK YOU!!!

07-01-2023 18:40If you’re looking for good old fashion service, where the employees are eager to serve and gain your business…you won’t find it here! Today I went BBQ shopping. Pretty well primed to purchase it here after extensive research. My wife and I looked at the ones they had on display. Comparing them and looking under the hood per say for about 20-25 minutes. Nobody came up to ask if we needed any help. Saw three associates gathered together at the garden/in store entrance, chatting. They were within easy view of the BBQ section. I walked up and asked if any of them could help us. Again, this is after 20 or so minutes. One of them offer to help. She was very helpful and assisted us on settling for a Napoleon Freestyle BBQ ($749). I went to get a flatbed cart to load it into. As I walked by the Customer service desk, I saw two in the return area. One with a door or table on it and the other with one sheet of drywall and a pale on mud on it. I proceeded to ask one of the CS reps if I could grab one of these carts. She told me I can get one from the lumber area at the other end of the store. I politely asked if they could take the items off one of them and let me take it to load the BBQ that I was about to purchase on it. One of them said, just a minute. After waiting patiently for about 5 minutes in front of the desk, the CS guy just leaves the area without any indication or acknowledgement. At that point I turned to the other reps and told them that “I was about to purchase a BBQ and they just lost my business!” The lack of any type of service or acknowledge as a long time Home Depot customer has prompted me to leave this review. I would have left 1 star if it wasn’t for the young lady that assisted us with the potential purchase. FYI I bought the BBQ at Lowe’s. At least their associates are eager to help there.

03-05-2023 03:03We recently ventured into one of the grandest Home Depot branches in the heart of London, specifically seeking a reliable deadbolt lock. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the vast selection available. The staff, displaying a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth, went above and beyond in assisting us. They patiently listened to our requirements, asked insightful questions to gauge our needs better, and then provided a comprehensive overview of the options. Their guidance was invaluable, steering us towards the most appropriate deadbolt lock that perfectly met our criteria. The entire experience was both informative and enjoyable, making our visit memorable.

03-04-2023 17:57Dissapointed in this store. Bought a hot water tank here yesterday. Installed it for my client and it leaked everywhere once it was full. (From the two panels for.heat adjustment, faulty unit) All in all, about 4+ hours of my time was wasted yesterday by the time I drained it and returned. All that was offered was a new hot water tank. As a contractor who spends 500k+ a year at home depot, I would hope to at least receive some money off the tank given the money I lost on the job from the faulty one that was sold to me. When I mentioned the costs of unhooking ,draining and returning the tank, I was laughed at by the service desk lady. I guess my business is unappreciated at home depot, and I should likely find somewhere else to by all the products and tools I use for my business.
