Samsung Service Center

They are listed as a Samsung Service Center but when met with an associate at the Geek Squad counter I was informed that they do not work on Samsung products.

Bought a stove 2 years ago and the lcd screen started going out customer service were nice but they wouldn’t fix the problem or even send a new screen that I could put in myself. It’s crazy that I have 20 year old lcd screens that work but my new stove screen just so happens to start not working when the warranty goes out

The services center, as well as the entire store was very helpful and friendly. My local Jefferson City Missouri Best buy is the exact opposite. I will be more than willing to make the drive and visit this store again.

Waited for a few minutes, as was to be expected at Best Buy. However, when it was my turn, the GS agent had no idea what I was referring to, and instead of the warranty repair, attempted to set up a Best Buy service appointment. Only when another agent came by and let her know they were indeed a Samsung service center did she discover my paperwork and replacement components. Yeah, they don't call it Worst Buy for nothing.

I have tried all day to get these people to locate my phone and they gave me the run around like I am a race horse and sprint said call SAMSUNG and they tell me to call SPRINT I am so Livit right now blood pressure is up and to top it all off the lady LIED and said she was calling me back in 5mins I will never

I bought range oven and it is malfunction and they are not willing to help me. It is so expensive and they don't want to fix it. They came 1 time but still the problem is not solve and when i called them they want to charge me????? I will never buy and suggest to buy Samsung products. Overprice and the customer service is not good.

I had to reinstall the software and configure the phone following my overseas visit where the Samsung center messed it up. I got my work done in about 20 mins.

best buy does not honor warrentys on products this is the second time this has happend to me i will never go to any best buys stores again
