Ross Dress for Less

Got hired here a few months ago, but the HR department screwed up the paperwork and refused to do what was nessecary to fix it and stalled things, keeping me stuck waiting for weeks. The hiring manager Kayla did try to resolve the situation, but the HR computer people were ridiculously obstructive and that's bad for the business overall by denying them needed staffing.

Great prices. Only rating low due to the mens section always having minimal options.

Store looked a clothes bomb went off. No staff, long lines, fitting room was gross and full on extra clothes.

Love this store. I buy dresses, shoes, flip flops, perfumes, and purses from this store. I have been happy with all the stuff coming from this store. I have never returned any merchandise back to this store location!

Ross is very famous shop in US here we can find more collections of dress long and short frocks handbags sandals shoes all kind of girls stuff etc

I bought a pair of shorts and within two weeks the snap broke in the front and they refused to take it back. They sell a lot of junk and I will never buy from them again

This store is horrible. It's such a disaster area. I went in today at 11 am and the store was a total mess. Looks like no one has picked anything up in a year. Clothes all over the floor. I've been to many Ross stores in 5 states, this is by far the worst I've ever seen. I can't understand why this store manager still has a job. Seems like he just doesn't care.

It's hit or miss. When they opened, lots of good stuff. After a short time, not to many good buys. Good about returns but should have the plastic merchandise credit instead of paper ones that are easier to lose or tear or destroy.
