The staff named Lisa was really rude - was standing there for a good ten minutes while waiting for her to finish chatting with her colleague, and her attitude was not even good. If you hate talking to customers either work in the back end so you don't have to talk to actual humans or change a job. The other staff who was serving us at the desk was really nice though.

Experienced and helpful staff. Recommended the right product for me rather than the most expensive. They took the time to make sure the product was right for me. A truely customer-focused experience

I have found the staff in this store to be SO incredibly helpful. They go beyond to ensure customer past, present and future are supported with their products. Definitely shop here again and again and highly recommend them.

Really great service, I had ordered the wrong sized boots online and the staff helped to fit and sort out the exchange, it didn't feel like because I got the size wrong it was my problem, we worked through it until I was satisfied (this doesn't always happen in customer service).

Not the range of clothing I expected. Was after a long sleeve shirt and there was only one style, three colours and only a few sizes. Storming stated they might be getting more in stocks. Will try the other store and hopefully it has more of a range.

I had been to the store twice that day and returned at 5:10 not too far from closing to make my decision on a jacket. After still deliberating, my partner and I were approached by a staff member who was so incredibly helpful and provided great advice. She even found some alternative options to help me compare. Best experience at a mainstream store I’ve had in a long time.

The main strength I see in Kathmandu is the staff. They helped me to buy a jacket for my partner even he wasn't there. One staf member even volunteered to try out the jacket just to make sure that it fits for my partner. Felt so comfortable to do shopping when those boys and girls are around.
