04-15-2023 06:59I enjoy shopping at Lowe's more than I do at Home Depot. there are more employees, and they seem more knowledgeable. They are often more friendly, too.. Unfortunately, my Spanish isn't great and I have a lot of trouble at this store due to the number of employees who can not or will not speak English. I don't particularly mind normally because I enjoy practicing my Spanish, but I lacked the vocabulary for some of the stuff I need to buy. Today, I wanted white wire shelving, and I was unable to communicate that to the staff members, but finally, I found a kind gentleman who spoke English, and he directed me to the right department. The best part about this store is that it is very well stocked compared to some of the others I can always find what I need. And that is the most important thing when you're doing a job. You want to buy everything in one place.
