Arrogant woman who works there discriminates against non-cubans and acts like she owns the place. I was next in line and someone came through the door and stood behind me, she ignores me and starts talking to the man which says I am in front of him. She completely ignores the fact he said that and continues to try and service him. I left. They used to have great service when they were simply Nachon Lumber.

The staff r lazy I asked for help n they respond was what u see is what we have they didn't tried to look or help went to another store and got what I was looking for.

My second work in US 1998. Never forget how this family provide a job for who just arrived from Cuba and teach me how to drive a forklift before a tried to drive a car. God Bless your Family and your Business Thanks!!!!

Very helpful staff. The Nachon family is outstanding, known them over 30 years. Very well stocked store. Love the quick in and out,. Highly recommend.

I went to return items purchased at another ACE Hardware location and I was told they do not take returns. When asked if they followed ACE's corporate return policy, they said they do not follow their policy as they are a franchise. They set their own rules. According to them, the owner died and Pricilla, the GM, makes the decisions. I will contact ACE's corporate to check if this is true. Not good customer service.

I waited at the counter with my merchandise and called for help several times finally someone who was very happily laughing with another told me to wait , I looked around for a couple of minutes and no one came so I called out again and the same person responded sounding annoyed so I waited a few more minutes and called out again this time they didn't reply so I left about $300 in merchandise on the counter and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE
