Windsor Plywood

Excellent experience. . .gentleman named Marty extremely helpful, didn't rush us at all. I know very little about wood generally so it was nice to be helped and not dismissed as a Looky Lou. I would definitely go there again absolutely!

Whenever I do a speaker build or DIY home improvement project it usually involves a trip to Windsor plywood. Be it for 13-ply Baltic birch, real-wood veneer or any number of finishing products, they have the stuff I need. The staff there all seem to have some combination of carpentry and wood-finishing experience and they are quick to give really good and helpful advice. It's nice because a single tidbit of advice can not only save you time and money, but prevent you from completely botching up a project with the wrong methods or materials. One day I hope to do a project using their live-edge or hardwood lumber. They have a great selection of high quality wood species in various thicknesses and lengths. If you're at all into wood, you have to go back there and just browse the selection and enjoy the wonderful sights and smells. Another one of those long standing shops in Edmonton that you're glad is still around.

Amazing customer service! Their marine grade resin epoxy is great quality and value. They have an excellent color pigment selection. Our completed project far exceeded our expectations because Kurt at Windsor provided great advice on how to achieve the look we wanted!

We were helped right away by a nice man (I didn’t catch his name but he wears a black ring) who helped us to choose the right materials for our home improvement project. We were even able to get the wood cut to the exact sizes we needed in store for $2/cut saving us some extra work.

This store is super clean and organized. Alison helped us and she was fantastic, she was able to answer all our questions, and give us some great recommendations. Highly recommend working with her and this location.
