Had the goods, recommended by a competitor's staff when they didn't. Quick, helpful in cutting to length, careful in checking dimensions and fitness for use, provided warning of potential failure mode, polite when giving directions and at time to bill. I did note that the staff member using the circular saw didn't wear eye safety protection, which caused me some concern.

Had a unique size door jamb that the helpful guy in the yard offered to mill to the correct size for me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A real credit to the business. He was Super friendly and helpful.

I needed some treated pine decking to replace some old lengths. A senior worker efficiently directed me to the office and said good bye as I left. In the office, as vague as I was, I was told exactly what I needed. I needed delivery and that too was made simple, same day. I wanted to double check my order and a bright and cheery fella took me to the timber. It seemed no inconvenience. My lasting impression is all the staff know what they are doing and are very approachable. Thankyou
