We visited this location looking for a love seat. Tiffani greeted us right away and was very polite and knowledgeable. Though we didn't find what we were looking for, I appreciate her help. I also found out they sell rugs, tables, furniture decorations, mirrors, paintings, centerpieces and even pull out couches and pull out chairs. I thought they only sold lazy boy chairs. It was a nice surprise!

My purchase was done over the phone, Kate Ayotte was so helpful in choosing the style recliner that best fit me and sent swatches of the two leather colors that I was interested in. It's a pleasure doing business with La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.

Salesman really came off as a regular guy who wanted the customer to be happy. That being said, he did convince me to go over budget by 3 figures. But a lot of that was my lack of understanding on how custom orders work.

I went into the store to see sleeper sofas with available fabrics in person rather than online. I was very disappointed with the salesman’s lack of product knowledge, poor organization of fabric swatches, and that I was unable to place my $6,000 order. I was told to, “just go online because we can’t place an order to be delivered in another state.” Well, it’s not true that I could place my order online. I called the 800 corporate customer service number and was told, “yeah, our website doesn’t work well taking orders. You need to call the store closest to where you’re taking delivery and every store has different pricing and products.” I had to call the local store in South Carolina and they provided excellent service, but had to select fabric I hadn’t seen in person and it’s going to take 2-4 months to receive my order. I’m hoping the product quality and lifetime warranty are worth it. LazBoy needs to learn how to service a captive customer!

I’m a repeat Lazy Boy customer. The last time I bought a recliner was over 20 years ago. It gets a lot of use and looks as good as the day it arrived at my home. I bought a recliner sofa at a competitor 10 years ago and it doesn’t get nearly as much use. It was a maroon sofa, but now it’s white. I will never buy anywhere else
