The Home Depot

For 3 days now, I've been trying to filter and sort as I'm shopping for a new gas range. Your site is not working properly. Because of this, I started searching at Lowe's and found what I needed. You need to fix your site. I should be able to sort and filter what I need without any issues. Otherwise, it is just a waste of my time and everybody's time is valuable.

I had to drop off here i had load for them they were inside standing around while they saw me at the door waiting I had been waiting almost an hour I just wanted to go home to my kids thanks guys for the no help. I’m a truck driver and they are my last stop or else I have to stay the night here. I think they thought I was going to ask for their help which I wasn’t I just wanted to drop off and go. Edit 11:15 pm I just drive back around and they’ve taken the load inside. I had left it right at the door I made sure to get video and photos of them inside standing around incase some one claimed I didn’t do the right thing

It's the worst Home Depot experience ever! The garden center is ridiculous and asked for help finding succulent soil and pots. The first guy told me he was busy and that I wait for other employees on lunch break! This is at 4:30p.m. today. Then I asked another employee, but he was all the way in the back romancing a customer. This was the worst experience and attitudes ever. How they remain open is a mystery. Won't be going back there ever! Lowes is the way to go.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a terrible experience at this location. Products here are fine, but I agree with the comments that the desk staff and floor staff are absolutely clueless and not helpful. I asked someone at the pro desk for help and he was useless and stated I should find a floor employee in the area I needed help and when I began to ask a floor employee he said he was busy and scampered off. I ended up just leaving the items I already had in my cart and ended up driving an extra 25 minutes to a Lowes where I had no issues. I’ll make sure to avoid this HD for any future projects.

I feel like I go to Home Depot more than the grocery store. This one is close to my house. I can usually find nice plants and seasonal flowers. Sales on appliances. They have wood in stock for most of my projects. It is not to difficult to track down a sales person when I need help finding something or asking a question. When in doubt I order online and have heavy or large things delivered! My 2 latest projects: brick (delivered) patio and trim and wood shelves in the bathroom.

Horrible customer service. Purchased an item last week and need to just change the payment from my business card to my personal card and they said NO! The Assistant Manager Ty Crawford is very unhelpful and proceeded to over explain other reason why I should be ok with NO. Any business can change a payment——Can Someone from Home Depot help me????

This is my main Home Depot I go to the Northern Virginia area. It usually has any home improvement or household item that I need for my place. My only issue is sometimes the staff is busy handling other customers questions to answer my personal question. Definitely one of top stores in the area in my opinion. I would recommend you come experience this store yourself.

I came in at 7:30 with a need for cut boards to set up my grandson's twin beds. Kwame` came to the rescue and saved the day! Not only was he professional, but he wanted to ensure that everything was just perfect for my project. This is what I call top notch customer service. I'm happy I can count on this location for my needs, even at the last minute. 🪚🪵
