The Home Depot

I have had 5 claims for my washing Machine for the same Reoccurring Problems, According to there resolution team it does not Qualify until the 5th claim is made within 5 years witch mine does. Then they told me that (all my claims) need to total under $600 and mine exceeded that amount. Well of course after all the claims it would exceed that amount. Now the want to repair it again in the hopes it will expire my warranty.(6 months Left) Not to mention all the trips to the laundry mat. This Maytag Machine has been a nightmare . and now they want to beat us out of a replacement or evan partial Reimbursement

There is a great worker in the lumber department. Been very pleased with the service. The saw is not working (can not cut plywood lengthwise). The worker has reported the problem to the manager but it's still not fixed, so if you are looking to get wood cut head somewhere else.

I mean. It’s Home Depot. Can’t go wrong anytime if you need something, they usually have it. Unless you need a snow shovel as you’re getting a snowstorm then they’re going to run out of course. But that’s only our own human fault. Always a lovely arrangement of plants though. Also nice inventory of flooring and tiles. Again, it’s Home Depot and this one is pretty good off of Kingshighway. Lovely peeps. I love seeing what kind of flowers they have as well.

Staff is rude, they permanently closed the self-checkout lanes, and now they just keep a couple assisted-checkout lanes open at a time while the majority of staff just stand around. This location used to be better but it's gone downhill rapidly in the last year. They also frequently have incorrect stocking information on the website, which seems to be a problem unique to this location. Even if this is the closest location to you, save yourself the time and go to a different location, better yet a different chain.

I am someone that uses the Home Depot app to make most of my purchases. Generally by doing this it saves me time and keeps my receipts organized. However I have ordered items from the Kingshighway location multiple times and then waited days for them to prepare the order... Ultimately then needing to cancel it and buy it again through a different Home Depot such as the South County or Crestwood locations. The other stores in St Louis (Sunset Hills, Manchester, South County, Chesterfield) are virtually seamless in the transactions that I place using the Home Depot app. The Home Depot app itself has issues quite often... That is a little bit annoying but usually it works well enough, it's just clunky and slow especially during checkout. So the app itself does not typically impede me from getting what I need. The only thing that impedes me from getting what I need is ordering it from the Kingshighway Home Depot location... It's not even worth trying. If you need something from this location you have to just go there and walk in the store and find it. This just takes more time than I have available so I truly appreciate the good service I get at the other Home Depot locations mentioned above.

Went to the Kingshighway location to pick up a faucet that other stores had for $27 less. When I got there, they had five of the exact same faucet in stock, but wanted to charge me the higher price. They stated they don’t price match their other stores. How ridiculous is this? I’ll shop at Menards or Lowe’s in the future.

We went in looking for a specific air conditioning filters and they didn't have the one we needed. Th worker dude looked online to see if another Home depot carried it. Unfortunately none did. He suggested we try Lowes or just buy a smaller size to get us by. The said they had the size we needed drove there and there were none there. Wasted our time driving and looking around their store.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous. I bought two more of the folding sports chairs. They're light weight and durable.
