Lowe's Home Improvement

This is by for the best Lowes around. A very helpful employee from another department came over to assist us with the purchase. This was the 6th Lowe's we visited and no others were a helpful as this one man. I believe this name was Gary.

Great experience overall every time that I’ve visited here. They’ve been very helpful with me regarding returns without receipts. I do do a lot of business here I’ve attached some pictures of my spring garden project, I love their outdoor center. I’ve moved into a new house and I’ve taken care of a lot of projects using the store, which is in convenient Central Greensboro, the people that have checked me out of always been kind and helpful. Really enjoy the store.

I was checking out a sheet of plywood with a displayed price of $29.63. At check out it scanned at $37.13. This was the only item I was buying so I was able to pick up on the discrepancy. I brought the price difference to the attention of the check out lady and she verified the SKU and also had another staff member look at it. Long story short, they said We can't do anything about it and they would not honor the displayed price but the price it rang up at. How many other items are conveniently incorrect and customers being deceived? Of course they can do something about it like charge the displayed price and then change the price tag. They do at Home Depot - I know because I asked when I went there instead - to purchase the plywood.
