09-13-2023 00:49I contacted Aladdin after a very negative experience with another cleaner and to be honest thought I’d get a better result but wasn’t expecting too much as I’d been disappointed before. I was told I could expect my rug to end up better than it was but they couldn’t promise they’d get everything out. So when I got my rug back looking brand new, I was so excited!!! They did the most professional and remarkable job on a rug I thought was doomed. The pictures speak for themselves. I have never written a review before but was so impressed with the result these guys achieved, I just had to say something. I’m so grateful to them as my rug was expensive. Would not use any one else now. Thanks guys.
