The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is apparently smoke free means cigarettes because the whole floor smelled like Marijuana. Other than that it was a good stay.

Customers need to be notified of the required cash deposit for non-smoking rooms before checking in and it's quite ridiculous to charge customers for extra towels and sheets. There were also some very strange noises that we could hear throughout the night. Overall, the room was clean, we were provided everything we needed (except the extra sheet), it was in a great location and the front desk host was friendly!

Nice hotel that satisfied all of our requirements. It was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds, and felt safe. When we arrived at night there were some people hanging out in the other parking lot next to the hotel but they didn't approach us. The shower worked very well and had great water pressure. However the toilet would constantly run every time you flushed it so that was a little noisy. Fortunately this had an easy fix - after the toilet finishes flushing, lightly move the handle down and then up. A couple of minutes later it will stop running. Breakfast was being packed up around 9:20am so get there early.

The initial check in was very good. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I expected. Check out was a bit interesting. The Google maps is inaccurate as the pool has been cemented in. Still recommend as I believe it's a good value.

Great location if you're going to be going to Wind Creek Wetumpka. The casino is only about 15 minutes down the road and the price for the room is more reasonable than staying at Wind Creek. They are in the process of updating the rooms. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly.

This place is awful. Holes in walls. Dressers are broken. Microwave was nasty. Bathroom floor needed cleaning. We cleaned and sprayed Lysol everywhere on everything. They wanted to charge $10.00 for a extra blankets apiece. No elevators at all we were on the second floor. That's a problem. No handicap access ♿ at all. They need to close this place to many short cuts trying to keep it open. 1 ⭐ Horrible!!!

If you are simply looking for a clean room and a place for the night then its perfect. McDonald's, Waffle House, Taco Bell and a couple of gas stations are within walking distance. Decent free continental breakfast and the staff were friendly. I had no real issues during my 3 night stay. My only complaint is that house keeping should be aware of who hasn't checked out, knocking on doors at 9am when checkout isn't until 11am is incredibly bothersome. You want people to have a good experience until the moment they leave and not be bothered. Nobody wants to hear doors being knocked on in the morning and feel rushed.

The amenities wasn't there like listed and the refrigerator wasn't on had to wait for it to cool the air was off apon checkin the tub wasn't clean I had to buy cleaner because I had my grandbaby with me and expected for the price to have a clean restroom. They listed that they had a elevator but didn't and so we was on the top floor with a baby having to carry luggage up the stairs they had a luggage but why ? With no elevator..The breakfast wasn't all that. The food seemed stell. The air-conditioning leaked took a while to cool off ..The halls reaped of smoke as you entered the building.I was told I could pay at the property which wasn't true.Had to ask for a receipt and it didn't show what I paid a night ..didn't bring fresh towels you had to ask for them they came in the room just took out trash and only pulled the covers up didn't change the sheets.And came 2 and a half hours before checkout knocking on my door ..again I had a infant with me and they woke him up.I can tell time...
