H&R Block

My tax professional asked me questions on documents I already uploaded, so I had to take screenshots and post in the message. My tax professional made a mistake on our joint filing. When I brought her attention to it, she said she'd fix it to reflect the right amount. Kept dodging me and said I need to pay first to see the full breakdown of my return. I did because its a professional business, so there is no way they can be scummy like that. Wrong! After I paid, I saw the mistake is still there. I refused it and sent back for editting. 2 days later, she reviewed it and sent it back, SAME mistake, so I did the same thing again, politely. She did the same thing AGAIN. Also, this whole time, she never communicates, doesnt say anything. We called the office, everytime we called, its always: shes busy with a client, like 3 times, 3 different days. The front desk lady on the phone just takes my name and says she'll let her know. This is mob behavior. How can a reputable business that everyone uses do this. I am an active duty US military stationed overseas, doing this from Europe on virtual h and r block. Maybe thats why she thinks she can just get away with it. That we are not there physically and cant come into the office. Cowardly behavior. Our tax professional's name is JESUS MARIN. Just keep that name in your head if you do your taxes on simmons in Las Vegas.

My tax preparations by my H and R Block worker was professional, quick, positive, informational when taking care of and working on my tax returns, sending them in! I was told the information upon completion with my identification verified accurately and precise! the prep, strategy and workstyle were really high!

Absolutely horrid. We had to argue with our tax woman, Jesus, about us having the peace of mind protection when it was right on her screen, and we had to point it out. Then tell her that we do have the correct income, while shes arguing saying we don't, low and behold also on the screen. Then when we show her the irs letter and she didn't even bother to read it and again argued with us about she cant do anything but make a copy for her manager. Sad. The reviews were amazing and i thought we would get help. Instead we were treated like we didn't know anything about our taxes, and spoken down to. We have been Hu0026R customers for a decade and not once did we ever feel like we weren't being listened to until today.
