Seyfi did an amazing job fixing my phone. My charging was not working, and I had important things to do on my phone. They got it done on the same day (20 minutes).

Very helpful, awesome place . I didn’t have to wait , saw my device right there and then. Was able to tell me what was wrong with it . I will definitely come back and referred family and friends

phone cases are cheap the magsafe ring fell off and they refused to give me an exchange because it was past 7 days phone cases should last longer than 7 days... then tried to get me to buy a new case without accounting for the already faulty one...

Mehmet helped me out the second i stepped foot inside, very much appreciated; additionally Mehmet actually helped pick my new case and it went perfect with the color of my new iphone,props to these guys very underrated ‼️.

The customer service was great, they took the time to sit and explain what was wrong with my phone. Charged a reasonable price and have my phone working within the next 45 minutes. I would recommend coming here , lovely experience!!

Not a big fan... I was very clear with them that I had to take my flight out of the US in a week and that I'd need my screen fixed. They assured me it would only take a few days and that when I was back in NY 1 day before my flight, they would have the screen ordered in and ready to fix. They even took payment for ordering the screen, and had my phone number to contact me if anything went wrong.... I showed up expecting to have my phone fixed before leaving for Thailand, and instead of being apologetic for not informing me sooner, or keeping up with the screen order, they just acted like it was normal to be unprofessional and incompetent.. I wish they could have been better at their job, because if they had informed me, I would have had more time to find another place to get it fixed. If I can be honest, I barely wanted to give them 2 stars...
