Fantastic service. They went above and beyond to repair my dads old flip phone. I cannot say enough good about this place. Excellent work and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. Poorest service and communication. I would give less than 1 star if i could. My sons phone was brought in to fix a bluetooth issue at the end of july in hopes it would be done for the start of school. After 2 months of them having the phone no resolve has happened. I was told the phone was under warranty and that it would be shipped to head office for repair. 3 weeks later after me folloing up twice i was told it wasnt repaired because the warranty was voided and it was being shipped back but i could still go through my phone protection. I inquired as to why i wasnt notified of this and was informed protocal wasnt followed. So i initiated the protection plan and followed instructions provided by the manager. There has been several more issues since and as of today phone is not fixed, battery is dead and i was told it was ready for pick up and of course the data back up has not been completed. I could go on with further issues but will anybody read this far. Severely disappointed and utterly frustrated.
