Terrible customer service! I made an online order to pick up today. I went to the store tonight after I received the email showing your order is ready to pick up. First the girl at online pick up counter went inside twice to check, she couldn’t find the order. She called another staff for help. I told the girl I will go check the backpack in the store and come back. I came back few minutes later, the staff Marina came to me said we only have the lunch bag you ordered, but don’t have the backpack, the morning shift staff made an mistake sent you the email. But she can’t do the refund today, because her key is not working. So I said it’s ok, I don’t want the lunch bag I ordered online, I want to get this new one instead. She said then you have to wait in the line. I was shocked when I heard you need to wait in line for exchange after waiting for 30 minutes already in the store. She said yes you will need to wait in the line, because you changed your mind. I have never had such a bad customer service in any other store before. It took me 30 min to drive to the store, and 30 minutes wait, in the end, the staff told me the other staff made a mistake?? No apologies. Not even try to help the customer. Staples shouldn’t advertise yourself for easy online ordering….in the end I got everything at Toys R Us in 3 minutes with very friendly customers service staff.

All in one store for office and school supplies. The varieties you can find here is no match with Walmart or Amazon. The price is competitive here for office and school supplies. The electronics here have limited option and price is on higher end

I would NOT trust the employees of staples with your fedex/purolator packages. They will either steal it or set it up to be stolen. They gave a Samsung package to a complete stranger without getting their name and signed it off with my name - talk about sketchy. The general manager could not be reached while on vacation and the sales manager was completely useless. The story changed multiple times because theyre liars. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ! criminals.
