Best Buy

Good store, a lot of specials on tv's, I went yo get some headphones and they have many options for all budgets, if is tech, whatever You need they can probably get ir for You, good parking todo.

Bad customer service. Don’t come to this location, unless you want to wait long time for someone to acknowledge you need help. I asked for help multiple times and they’re just walking around pointing at the person busy with a customer and instructed me to wait. Few of them were just staying talking to each other. While, other customers like myself need it help. Only 5 customers since it was at around 10am. I cannot imagen how it’s when is busy. Not surprise if they close this location. Sad, because there’s still lots of us that like to walk to a live store. Too bad they made our experience so bad that lots of us won’t feel like returning. Moving forward, I’ll just simply do my purchases online.

Today I had a bad experience at the Best Buy store located in 2015 Birch Rd Ste 2300 Chula Vista , CA 91915 The manager had a bad attitude, he talked to me with Sarcasm, asking “At what store do you work in?” After seeing me using a price tag machine to find out the price of an article which I later bought. The name of the manager is Erik, terrible way of talking to a customer. And he actually didn’t ask if I needed anything. Instead the other workers always have a great attitude towards customers. I’m a Best Buy customer since I arrived to northern Mexico 8 years ago and never had any trouble until today…. 2 stars because the rest of the team is great.

Workers always look busy. asked for SSN when asked about how to pay for things interest free as if it's a casual thing to just give out when you're not even sure you want to apply for something. Feels condescending when spoken to

Total Tech is the bomb yaw. Best Buy has so many good deals too. I always get good service. It doesn't matter what store I'm in. Here at the Birch Location in San Diego, Frank and Mike took good care of us.

I don't visit Bestbuy much, but when I do, I am not disappointed. Although it was two days before Christmas, Bestbuy still had a lot of inventory. The sales were very knowledgeable and patient. Yea, I'll be back to shop more. I had forgotten how fun it is to walk and look for products I want.

This location is well labeled and sorted by brand . If your looking for a gadget or a phone or TV, speaker etc.... this is the place to go. I spent to much time loat others stores and with Christmas shopping they ran out . Found the watch I was looking for .

Made a large purchase of different items. The sales person made the purchase easy. He was very patient, explained everything in detail and courteous.
