Went to buy a white Nintendo switch this afternoon which was priced at $489 (plus was buying 4 games). It scanned at a higher price and I was refused to pay the price which was advertised on 3 DIFFERENT SWITCHES! Was told I either pay the higher price or nothing. Reporting to the consumer council of Australia for false misleading price attached to product. This was done at the Cranbourne Store and I most likely will not be returning. Disgusting

Very expressive. Good to see but jammed packed, end up moving on quickly because we couldn't move to see for ourselves. The penguins enclosure needs to be 100% cleaned it was disgusting. The kids were also overwhelmed with being so packed and loud. So for sensory children I recommend avoiding holiday season.

Best people in terms of customer service. Lovely and friendly staff always ready to help specially the guy with blonde hair at the counter. Polite and very helpful.

Staff are bright and bubbly. Can always help me find what I'm looking for.
