We recently purchased one of the higher spec one time deal gaming pc's. The ordering service is simple online , and any additional requirements promptly added via email. Updates on delivery were very forthcoming, to our amazement the pc was actually hand delivered directly from the shop in Liverpool to South Wales. A very good service, only minor flaw was the extra nvme drive ordered was fitted but not assigned, 5 minutes on YouTube sorted this without the need to contact the shop. Only mentioned here to allow them awareness. I searched hard and you would be hard pressed just to locate the parts for a build like this for the money. Let alone built hand delivered and guaranteed. A1 top recommendation. Purchase with confidence.

I took my laptop in with water damage. I was told I was going to be contacted by the engineer the next day. 4 days later I took it back because he didn't bother to look at it telling me it is still wet even though it was dry.
