WoodSpring Suites Chandler Airport

My husband and I had an excellent experience! We stayed for over 4 weeks and experienced the hotel in the beginning of its operations with it having only opened a few months ago. The hotel was clean, and the staff were always readily available. The pricing is the most affordable within the southeast valley. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and is within a seemingly safe area. Each room comes with a kitchen, and there is a guest laundry room. There were some guests that seemed to have not been in compliance with hotel policies. For example, there were people drinking out in the parking lot one night along with weed smoking within the hotel. I believe the affordability of this hotel attracts a certain crowd of people who do not strive to maintain its integrity which is a shame given its high quality.

Sooooo, I stayed for 7 days. It was great, the staff was nice. The gym is great and very clean. Bring bottled water, the tap is terrible. On the last day, they changed the keys to the room at 930 am while my girlfriend was carrying stuff to the car. When she got into the room with help from the front desk, a worker was going through our belongings that she hadn't carried out yet. I am appalled. My girlfriend grabbed our stuff and left, skipping her final shower and prep time due to being anxious cause staff was hovering. Totally changed my opinion of the place. Nice front desk staff though.

I visited the woodspring suites Chandler air port location around 4:30 am this morning. First let's talk about that parking lot.. wow!! Great lighting! I mean that is one well lit son of a gun... Great for doing lines of methamphetamine off your dashboard. For the record, I would never do such a thing. I'm just pointing out the amenities I came to this hotel to sleep...and sleep I did! I opted for the economy suite, located just outside the main doors and all the way to the back of,..guess where! The parking lot! That's right! I had tons of privacy. Not a single person bothered me while I was smoking, and heres the best part, I didn't see one cop!! I give this place 5 stars. I know where I'll be next time I run out of gas in the Chandler airport area!

People at desk not very friendly, they charge extra for everything, it is very noisy and they refused to refund one night for early check out with over 48 hours notice. I booked 14 nights and have now moved to another hotel for the remaining weeks of my stay. For the cost it isn't worth staying.

Showed up with a cat, told them we had it, let us stay, threw us out because we had a cat. Made it worse, we were in a bad transitional state, already waiting on our payroll direct deposit, they made us sit in the lobby while that happened with our kids. While we were waiting they went into our room, saw the cat and said we had to leave or they were calling the cops. So now we're on the curb outside the hotel with our stuff, half of which they packed for us trying to rush us out, being told we need to get off the property or they're calling the cops. We simply went to another hotel but I wouldn't recommend this place. The moment there was even a concern they did everything they could to be difficult and threatened police retaliation because we couldn't be gone fast enough. I hate to think what would have happened to us with 2 small children and a pet, being locked out of our room, kicked of the property, threatened, what if we had already paid them and had no money to go elsewhere? Guess we were lucky our deposit was late that day.

The staff is so incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. It's a truly wonderful place to stay at. It is quiet, peaceful, and clean. You'll definitely have a fantastic experience!

I can’t enough about Ron the General Manager for this property he is attentive and very courteous and delivers amazing customer service. This property is very clean and neat. The washing machines work well the gym equipment functions which makes for a nice short or term long term stay. I highly recommend this property!!

From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. We have pets also and this place has been amazing! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean and in an amaze location. You can’t beat the price either. Short term or long term the stay will be great!
