Walmart Supercenter

As far as Walmarts go, this was a much better experience I’ve had than at other ones. Great location, easy to get in/out of parking lot. Good self checkouts, I moved through the store pretty quickly and easily.

So excited to finally have a cooler that holds ice for more than a day. So far it's working great so why the 3 stars? Because Walmart didn't make the cooler they just sell it but beware of buying a cooler here because if you need any assistance getting it off a top shelf then don't make plans that day.. you will be waiting a while and by a while I mean like 30 min or longer. I had several employees walk by but when I would ask for help they would say either hold on let me get someone who works this dept (nobody would come though) or sure let me just go get a ladder, be right back (they wouldnt) I got so fed up I just started climbing the shelves and success... Getting the cooler down AND getting an employee to help, I would guess the other 4 or 5 that came tumbling down with it made enough noise to finally get their attention! Sad it has to come at the risk of me breaking my neck. 2nd piece of advice put it in your cart and go straight up to pay for it at the register otherwise you will have about 3 loss prevention associates (who are extremely terrible at their job BTW) following you around the store watching your every move as if you've done something wrong by putting a damn cooler in your cart. Just a tip to LP at Walmart... If we can see you peeking down isles at us or acting like your looking for tampons to buy (if your a man) while your whistling then you aren't doing your job very well! A customer should only know who you are for one reason and that is because you caught them stealing otherwise all your doing is pissing off the honest customers who aren't stealing (and the prices at Walmart aren't good enough to excuse that treatment) and while your following the honest ones around the real thieves are walking out your store with carts full of stuff! Maybe some re-training would help! I gave this one 3 stars because once I did get help the associates were nice and very apologetic, the prices are good, the store was exceptionally clean that day and parking was pretty good too so that is worth some stars.

The Bakery..... Got our grandson, Leo, a Pokémon Cake. A layer of chocolate cake and a layer of white cake with strawberry in the center. It also came with the light up Pikachu and all the decorations seen here. Very tasty cupcakes, too!

They only have three electric riding carts for the whole store and every disabled parking spot is full. I was heading for a riding cart when somebody fully able to walk runs ahead of me and jumps on it. This was the second time this week I had to leave the store without doing my shopping because of no riding cart. I am trying to be able to do my own shopping but it's difficult when in pain and using a walker. They need to get more riding carts please!

So I rarely write reviews and peoples experience at Walmart even working there is usually bad. Anyways I went to this Walmart for some milk today at 8am. I was greeted by a courtesy clerk named Travis who had on knee pads, a helmet, the whole 100 yards and well he greeted me very kindly as he was pushing carts and told me to have a wonderful day,welcomed me to Walmart shook my hand and also did the same to the guy behind me. This is what the Walmart experience is suppose to be. Most of the time it is not. As I went inside I got my milk and got told to have a great day by two more associates in the front end. That was great. As I went back outside to my car I saw Travis still going above and beyond as he was collecting carts greeting customers as they walked in and or left the store. As I got in my car I decided to talk to Travis for a minute, I asked him how long he has worked there he said 7 years. 7 YEARS! He has been going above and beyond for 7 years. I love his attitude, I love his customer service, I love how he greets people, his work is excellent. This is what Walmart is suppose to be about. He needs to be recognized and I mean truly recognized I don’t mean a pat on the back no he needs a dollar raise or two. He was and is exceptional. Something Walmart has lacked for quite some time, and I know because I have worked their, shop their and people talk about it all the time. Travis you are awesome man keep up the great customer service

My opinion of this store is 50/50 because I ordered bike seats from here. they said they were out and going to be shipped and to me in 1 week. So as usual I drive to this store and they have my bike seats. Exactly the 2 I asked for. So I'm figuring they want to hoard the bike seats and not sell them.

It's not too bad compared to other Walmarts in the area. I don't know why but EVERY Walmart in Pierce County, Washington looks like a Flash mob has just run through it. Lots of big gaps on the shelves, the same product in multiple places and a lot of the stockers are not motivated. Of course, one must keep in mind the challenging clientele at Walmart. It seems that the checkers and the greeters are the nicest employees. Anyway, this store is cleaner than a lot of them and the merchandising is better as well. The shelves look pretty good and most of the employees are nice and efficient. There are always plenty of carts available and, for the most part, they are in good shape. I am a regular customer here and will continue to be. Go check this one out:you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Not the biggest fan of WM, but if I need something even if odd, chances are WM will have in stock. Sorry no WM pics Like my BIL bike ? Homemade
