07-20-2023 04:20Parked outside Best Buy hardly anybody there! When I went inside they were very few customers looking for customer service ....the major problem was they had nobody that worked there to help you I grabbed one guy as he walked past me and he told me he was out to lunch! So I guess finally after 15 minutes I saw another worker and asked him about what I wanted to buy and he was more than happy to help but the attitude and the lack of helpers is just not good! So all in all I'd say on a scale of 1 to 10 they rate about a 2....... Not happy ,not helpful,not going back!!!!!!

07-16-2023 11:57I had a hard time finding someone to help me until I went to the TV section. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was helpful in looking for a sound bar for a Christmas present for my brother in law. The only thing I'm not happy about is that if I need to return it, I only have till mid January. But other then that I enjoy shopping there.

07-02-2023 16:00I will never purchase anything again from Best Buy. This location is run by people that have never worked in customer service or just flat out don’t care. They sold me a broken computer and then gave me the run around to wait for geek squad which should be renamed moron squad because they have no idea what they’re doing either. Met with geek squad twice - was told they couldn’t figure out the issue and not to worry just bring in the computer with the receipt within 60 days. I had RE asked multiple times are you sure because I am away and won’t be able to come in… came in after 30 days with the receipt explained what happened again- not only did they refuse to refund the money they didn’t even offer a store credit. To top it off I called their “corporate” office which is almost as useless as the store manager of this location and they said “I agree with you, there’s nothing I can do about it. Corporate made a lot of bad changes.” This person who is working remotely from their home preceded to tell me that this happens often and that he tried to contact the store manager but that store usually never answers. When I asked what can I do - they said sorry I don’t know. I find it hard to believe a store like this stays in business but I’m glad you made money off someone who had to miss work and lose $1000 of their money because your product is trash.

05-01-2023 17:48BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MO(Mohamed) at Best Buy tried to scam me!!! Tried to tell me I get 2 years of product protection with their total membership until I read the fine print and it was only one year he tried to tell me the MacBook Apple care would come out free!!! He was trying to price match with Amazon and add the total membership such a scam fire this guy immediately
