09-16-2023 23:08Came in today to upgrade my current Apple Watch to the Apple Watch series 8. While I was waiting to be helped I was looking at Apple Mac book pros. Raj came and introduced himself and gave me nothing but wow customer service. He was very knowledgeable he had answers to every question I could ask. Not only was he able to answer my questions he also helped me pick out my new Apple Watch which I did buy. All I can say is Raj is an amazing worker. I will definitely be back and will be asking him for assistance. Thanks again Raj

09-07-2023 21:41I called to find out the cost of replacing my laptop battery. I just wanted to compare costs with a comparable computer repair shop. I was told by the agent she didn't have access to that information, only the Geek Squad would know. She also said I couldn't speak with the Geek Squad over the phone, or online chat, I would have to come in person the get the cost of the repair. I shouldn't have to drive to every store to compare repair costs. I will not shop there again.

07-19-2023 14:05So I came in because my kid looked up things on this and computer that I no longer wanted to be seen. I started crying to one of the tellers and explained everything not only did she help me clear the whole computer, but she gave me a big O hug and walked me through every thing I needed to do as a parent. I am so amazingly happy for your service. Thank you so much for everything you're done you guys are amazing people and I could not be more thankful to have you. I recommend the protection plan to everyone. Chinstina with big hugs thank you for everything!!!!

07-16-2023 20:18Did you know that when you pay to have Geek Squad install your appliance/electronics that you’re not really getting Geek Squad! They actually hire a third party company and that company hires a fourth party company! Well that was the case for me! The fourth party company came into my home non could speak much English but what little English they spoke was to demand in cash $425 dollars for their install or they wouldn’t leave my home. I explained that I already paid Best Buy prior to the installation. Again they wouldn’t leave!! I felt threatened and scared. I reached out to Best Buy that advised me to “just pay them” and they would reimburse me, so I did just that. I have yet to be reimbursed and to make matters worse the installers didn’t know what they were doing and put in a faulty valve that had leaked behind and under cabinets and brand new tile as well as into my finished basement causing extensive damage and mold to grow behind my walls and display cabinets. Best Buy has been dragging their feet taking care of all the damage that thier forth party installers have caused stating at one point that since I paid them that it was my responsibility to deal with it myself!!! Buyer Be Ware!!! I have reached out to my Attorney’s General who has stated that Best Buy has been unresponsive.
