Geek Squad

To date my experience with geek squad has been less than satisfactory . I do not believe at this point I would renew my subscription. Unless geek squad can provide a better experience than what has been to this point

Can not speak on the phone with in store sales person

When using a Geek Squad for years last year the guy charged me twice for a one year upgrade went there today to get upgraded again and get my antivirus fixed they said I haven't paid since 2015 when I've been going every year and paying they want $200 for the same stuff I've been getting for a hundred I will no longer use the Geek Squad if I need to get my computer upgraded and a new antivirus I'll make sure I go to a different computer store I will no longer use Best Buy

I wanted to make an appointment to have my printer repaired and it was a hassle! You have to speak to an agent and they try to sell you thigs you do not need ! I just wanted to make an appointment!

Josh was my Geek. Aside from being competent and knowledgeable, He was patient and understanding. He didn't rush, he took his time to try and figure out the problem. I wound up leaving my computer for two days and when I went to pick it up, Josh was there, remembered me and was as nice the second time as he was the first. He's a great asset to the Geek Squad.

Josh was extremely knowledgable, Joe too. The first person was a girl was not as knowledgeable. She was going to use my warranty for new phone. Josh fixed it in less than 10 min. Helped me buy a laptop with all I needed within my budget. Took his time to explain how it all worked, no rush. Great person.

The technician are unable to resolve many issues and the service is a total rip off.
