03-29-2023 11:11I brought my laptop in to Ian for repair this week. He was able to take it in as soon as we called and he quickly found the cause of the problem. It turned out the charger and the charging jack were both broken, and so Ian repaired the fittings on the computer and also replaced the charger for us. We were really impressed with how quickly it was done and how professional and communicative Ian was. He kept us updated via phone and text and also provided a receipt for the work upon collection which we really appreciated. There was nothing to fault in any way - it was perfect service and we'd definitely recommend to anyone 🙂
