Extremely helpful and fixed the smashed screen whilst I waited. I found the staff very helpful and provided a fast and efficient service. The screen replacement was the price advertised and there was no up selling which some places try to do. They even provided a free screen protector. I am sure they provided other repair services and had a number of phones and cases on display. I took a photo of inside the store for this review.

Very quick to respond to my email enquiry. I haven't actually been into the store yet though, but I will say that in their message to me, they were polite and courteous and offered great prices for the repair I was enquiring about.

These people know what they are doing! after enquiring in a couple of shops around Nottingham about a problem with my iPhone 13 turning off by itself, Randomly i was quoted really high prices to get it fixed elsewhere. These guys helped me out by fixing it ,knowing what the problem was right away and then quoted me a very reasonable price to get it fixed.
