09-25-2023 23:34I had wonderful experience with them. I bought a used phone from them, it worked perfectly, never had any problem with it. Secondly I got my iPhone screen fixed by them, their prices were at least $30 to $40 cheaper and they had warranty with it and fixed one of the screen for free. They are best in Tallahassee ( I had tried many others shop too)

08-24-2023 05:34My mom accidentally locked herself out of her iPhone after entering her passcode incorrectly numerous times. I tried looking at You Tube videos to fix it to no avail. Tyler was able to restore her phone so she could access it at a VERY reasonable price! Excellent customer interaction and communication!

05-08-2023 22:49Went on a cruise this weekend and my phone got water damaged. Thought my phone was a goner and that I’d have to pay hundreds for a new phone. Went to Phone Hero, told him the issue, he told me he’d check it out and to come back in an hr. Came back and my phone was revived! I’d definitely come back if I have any other issues with my phone and I would recommend him to others. 🤗
