I loved my experience over there. An absolute 10/10. The manager and the staff are very careful in the way they bring up your needs and they give you their 100% all the time! Trin, the girl who works there upgraded my phone a bout a week ago. I could'nt be any happier. She offered many more than i expected. She was patient polite and really professional. A huge congrats on the way the manager runs the store he must be proud of his team. I will always shop there. Kind regards.

I was bit sceptical when I went to the store shop as the reviews were bad. But it all changed when I the staff there. Caleb was really helpful and helped me in choosing the right plan for me. He guided me in everything and arranged the internet setup time as well. Would highly recommend their products and services! If virgin plus is listening, they should give a good raise to Caleb!
