Came in today to get help with my cousins S21 and we were greeted by Caleb. Caleb helped us go over all the best options when it came to her phone and upgrading. He was very patient, kind u0026 honest. I work for a competitor u0026 I was very impressed with his knowledge u0026 skill. If you're stopping by this location, make sure to ask for Caleb!

I have recently found this location and I'm so glad I did. I personally worked with Georgie and Dan, and they both are fantastic. They took the time to discuss, test and eventually warranty my phone when other Tmobile stores in town asked me not to come back in store and just to keep calling the hotline number. Kind, knowledgeable and patient employees who took the time to listen.

In todays world it is refreshing to receive quality, honesty and overall great customer service. Shout out to Lizzy for her outstanding professionalism. It is a courtesy that seems to be going by the way side. I am so glad to know that it still exists.

I always receive AMAZING service at this T-Mobile location. Lizzy and Chris were able to get my new iPhone set up for me. 10/10 recommend .

I traded in my phone at this location and did not receive my trade-in credit. I went in and was told it was now corrected but my phone bill is the same 2 billing cycles later.
