We have a very pleasant purchase experience. Colton, our product specialist, was super friendly, knowledgeable, but never pushy. The delivery process was very straight forward - plenty of communication on when to expect the delivery (both the day before and day of), and the delivery drivers were incredibly friendly and efficient! Way better experience than we've had at other well known, big box home improvement stores!

We have regrettably been putting off getting a new fridge because it felt like a hassle, but these guys made it so easy and manageable, and at a very reasonable price! I’m not the type to leave a review on anything, but this was the best experience with a big purchase I’ve ever had and now will always go through them for appliances. They even took our old washer and dryer for us for only $20 each. What great people that were very kind and helpful!

From in-store purchase through the delivery, the Appliance Factory team was top notch. I bought a range on Saturday morning and had it installed by Tuesday morning. I know of no other business that is that committed to the customer.

All the way from the sales people to invoicing and delivery is a smooth and wonderful experience. I have purchased my washer/dryer, stove, fridge, and dishwasher from them over the last 3 years and now my new matress set. I am running out of things to buy from them but when I need something they sell I will be back.

They did a good job getting us the dryer we needed quickly. The delivery team was quick, careful and efficient. It was a much better experience than dealing with Lowes.

We had just moved in and needed washer/dryer. Stopped in the store with model numbers. Colton was quick to help us and find what we were looking for and scheduled delivery for 2 days later. Terrific! They just installed today and they were excellent as well. Great all the way around.

We went to the Fort Collins store and all of the employees there were pleasant and helpful. Cory was especially knowledgeable about the two washing machines I was looking at. He also took the stress out of the experience of spending a lot of money. The delivery guys were excellent at communication. They were nice and professional while they were installing my washer!
