Pro Desk at The Home Depot

Tool rental is a ripoff here. First they don't even help you load the sodcutter or tamper, you're on your own. Then they add a cleaning fee on a tamper??? It tamped the crushed base was loaded on the truck and returned very quickly. What cleaning??? 200$ to rent a 1200$ saw for 1.5 days. 4$ for a sprinkler head you can purchase from a supply house for 1$. 35$ for a led light that I can be purchased on alibaba for 7 bucks. They came in cheap and convenient, ran other companies out of business and now they are jacking up their prices up.

The Pro Department is TERRIBLE. Emiliano has extended conversations with everyone who he knows personally in line. I stood in line for 40 minutes waiting for a phone sale at 9am, and all of the Pro's let people cut in line to be with their friends. I travel to multiple Home Depot's for work, and this, by far,is the slowest Pro Department in the Tampa Bay area. It's not even rediculous busy, the Pro's are just THAT SLOW. Everyone in line behind me was saying the same thing. Waste of time, and money, going to this Home Depot. EDIT: While I was checking out, Phillip was extremely rude, didn't take the phone number down, and I had to give it to him 5 times, when I told him most people write it down just in case he said no they don't. Very rude service.

Very poor customer service, ordered cement and paid for it took them 2.5 hrs to load on my truck horrible waiting times

The pro sales desks are not labeled properly. The problem this makes for contractors is time is important because we are not paid by the hour.I am confident that with the number of managers should resolve this issue or perhaps not suitable for the position

It is very frustrating to have as ll self check out. And the very few staff you do have is not very helpful.

It’s Thursday July 12th, 2018. Came into the store at about 5:45 PM and every single employee that assisted me was full of useful information, kindness, and patience. They guy at the outdoor lights was awesome, the guy at the key maker was patient, the checkout lady was great, the lady by the laundry soaps was sweet, and the guy that grabbed my cart so I wouldn’t have to take it to the station. I had never, in one store, encountered so many people genuinely wanting to help. You guys made my shopping experience so great! Thank you!

Customer Service was deplorable. I left without completing my purchase. The computer was more helpful than the people working. Retrain your staff!

I called this Home Depot on 10-12-2015. I tried to order $200 of materials and get it on the pro truck to be delivered. This should be, at the very most, a 5-10 minute conversation. After reaching the building materials dept u003e transferred to the pro desk u003e put on hold u003e transferred to another person at the pro desku003e transferred and put on hold again, I was finally told that they would call me back. Still waiting. Come on, Home Depot, I'm trying to throw my money at you.
