I visited Corey in the sthil section u0026 talked about how I need to upgrade to a larger saw (due to a large tree split). I didn't buy one that day. I researched all other sthil dealers u0026 bought an ms271 from Murdocks ,because they had 175.00 off. I returned it within days of buying it (4 others had returned ms271) to murdocks credit they refunded my money. I then went straight to Ace u0026 got the ms261 (which is what Corey suggested in the first place). Im so so happy with this saw. The customer service was excellent!!

Don't shop here unless you are a contractor planning to buy $$$$$$ worth of stuff because they have no respect for everyday small project customers. We were flat out told they would rather lose customers than money. I guess they don't realize customers are the ones who bring them money.

Website said they carry plexiglass. Cashier said they didn't. Call them before wasting your time.

Well stocked and the staff are great. When they didn't have quite what I wanted instead of trying to sell me on it they gave me directions to where I could find it. I particularly have had a great experience with their service staff as I constantly break my chainsaw. When I bought a new one that had some fancy starter that didn't work right they had no problem swapping it for a 194. That thing has been fantastic although I have been putting it through hell. I will say this is more of a working mans hardware store. Homeowners on a DIY trip may feel more comfortable elsewhere as far as product selection although I personally feel they have a better pick of quality products than I can get at larger chains like Lowes or Home Depot.

They are kind of high but they have everything . From special screwtips to screws tapes batteries for my lasers.

I was walking up after closing and not only did the staff let me in he found the part I needed right away. The few times I’ve been here they’ve been very helpful.
