The Shop Cell Phone Repairs

Got this and a few other things there. My 1st time here but was surprised at all the different merchandise they had as well as the uniqueness of them. Will be returning again! Great customer service. Was greeted happily as soon as I walked through the door. Any questions I had were answered with accuracy u0026 knowledge u0026 could tell that the employee knew his products in and out! It was quiet, low key, drama free, easy in u0026 easy out. Thanks guys!

Very nice people when I called for information about my phone

I recently broke my phone; I called around the area of Greensboro and prices were a bit out of my budget. One day, on my way to school, I stopped by The Shop. This place it’s different from your usual phone repair store because it also has a tire shop. Ahmed greeted me at the door and helped me right away. He gave the price and I must admit that it was the most affordable prices around the area. I decided to wait for my phone and he took no longer than 20 minutes. He also gave me a 2 week warranty. Extremely happy with the service.

Eric diagnosed my problem immediately! Bad charger port. He had to order the part overnight. But I came back the next day and it only took about an hour for him to install. Great price of $48 and some change. Which since I was thinking I might have to replace my entire phone turned out to be a good deal! I had brought in a whole sack of chargers I had gone through in my attempts to see what was wrong. His little jewel box of a store is immaculate! Super clean and tidy! Since due to the make and model of my phone I was prepared to replace the entire thing if it was my battery. So Eric saved me a ton of money! Will definitely go back again if I have further problems!! Ahmed no longer works there.

Eric was honest, affordable, and quick! I was desperate not to buy a new phone (I destroyed my screen in some gravel) and his shop was the closest to me. The place is SUPER small and is also a little grocery store. Don't hesitate when you see it, Eric is awesome!
