Had quotes to repair my Xperia phone from 3 businesses. These guys gave the cheapest quote and fixed my phone when another company had declared it un-fixable. Would use again and recommend.

This place is an absolute joke. They claim to offer a legitimate service but use low grade/bootleg parts. Their smooth brained 'technicians' will turn your phone into an expensive paperweight and charge you more for it than a trip to space.

They are well overpriced and not trustworthy!! My phone was never repaired before and after their screen replacement got out with damaged phone , missing 9screws and two little plates inside!! On top of it the phone was disabled as they were trying to get into it, poss for some data! Guys refused any refund or further fixing !! The worst experience in phone shop !!

DO NOT GET YOU PHONE REPAIRED HERE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would this place is fraudulent. I went in to fix my S20 which had a cracked screen from it being dropped, I got a quote from a couple of places and they where not the cheapest but matched the price of the Samsung official reapir plus 80 for labour time. I was told by individual in the shop that it was the official Samsung repair and they have someone come in to do these repairs for Samsung's do it will take a day. Upon receiving my repaired phone I noticed straight away that the Frame was a completely different colour but they said that's because they have to change it fix the screen. I use a case and so thought it wasn't the end of the world. However, a few days later my phone ran out of battery surprisingly quickly much quicker than before and then wouldn't charge or turn back on even when left on charge overnight. I knew something was up so I took the phone to EE because they do phone repairs now. One looke at it and they could tell these clueless people had messed up my phone. They took it to the technician upstairs who looked at it and confirmed they had broken it during the repairs there are funny marks at the back of the phone which they found out was super glue these people had used to put it back together the frames wasn't an official Samsung Frame and the amount the charged was well over priced. Upon receiving this information I went back to the supposed clinic and confronted them about what the actually technician at EE had said. They are the worst example of customer service I have ever seen they should be used as a training video example of the perfect what not to do when it comes to this key element of running a good business. There was two of them there and they tried using this to bully and shout over the top of me, I argued with them for an hour in the shop all the while they just repeated themselves changing their stories suddenly they never said it was official Samsung reapurs, the cost of the screen was down to me on eBay so this must be where they buy their parts and one of them even after admitting that it was glue damage at the back tried then saying the damage could of come from when I dropped it. This shows just how manipulative they try to be. Best of all this one worker despite me never mentioning potentially swapping the battery said I'd just walked into their shop causing them of being a scam and swapping my batter, interestingly I had never said this so draw from that what you will. Through all this and admitting they had damagd it they refused to give me a refund a basic consumer right especially after hi they had broken this phone making it as useful as a brick. When they mentioned a manager I asked to speak to this manager if neither of these guys where the manger but apparently there is no way of contacting this manager except over email which sounded dodgy the workers didn't even have his number. I asked to see the person who's done the reapirs at the back of the shop and alrently they had disappeared as well. One thing that makes this all the more worrying is that another customer came in heard my discussion with these people heard them change their stories in that 20 minute space and when telling them she had heard this one replied saying is this because I'm Asian and that just shows how this shop tries to bully customers who are owed a refund out of it. When looking at trading standards website they should definitely be offering a refund and one detail I originally missed was that they didn't even give a receipt and took payment in two pa rts me getting a receipt for neither money grabbinpartt. This business is fraudulent, unethical, irreputable and some how still in business.

I came to get my iphone 8 plus fixed it had issues with the battery and had a broken screen, they fixed it the same day at a reasonable price. I'm happy with the service. would definetly recommend this place if any one needs to get their devices repaired

If you’re looking for somewhere that charges a high price for rude staff that expertise in damaging phones, you have come to the right place. They will happily take your money to play a game of cricket using your phone as a ball and when you complain at how your phone is in a worse state, they will hold onto your money and force you out the door. So please, unless you want these imbeciles exploiting you and your money, avoid them like the scammers and conmen they are.

Don't use them. Had my phone screen replaced by them. The new screen cracked within a months with no reason, definitely to do with the low quality and cheap item they use although charged me descent amount of money for that.
