We Fix It Phone Repair

My wifes phone was damaged and we needed either a new screen or a way to get her pictures transfered to the new phone. The price of the screen was reasonable but we decided to try a different way. One of employees told us of a device that would project the broken phones screen up on the TV and we were able to successfully transfer the pictures. They even located one at a different store for us. They went above and Beyond in helping us. Thank you for your help.

Zach was great and tremendously helpful. Have him do your repairs! He did glass and battery repair. Unfortunately, Screen isn’t as bright as previous screen and slightly blue tint now. Work was done quickly and professionally I just think the glass they use isn’t if same quality as oem parts.

In the end I was very pleased with the fast turnaround of my phone repair...I wasn’t very happy with the cocky attitude of the person doing the repair. Without even looking at my phone I was told by the repairman “my recommendation is you buy a new phone” Really? I said if you aren’t interested in my business I can go elsewhere...then he looked at my phone (which is just a couple of months old) and said oh... ya...I can fix this no problem... He did fix it And did so quickly and reasonably...I just could have done without the attitude.

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and asked a few questions one day ... the guy was nice and helped me out with my questions to which my brother and myself were planning on spending alot of money in store. . HOWEVER u0026 A BIG HOWEVER... I called the next day just to confirm a couple things and whoever I spoke to must have been miserable on the phone the 2nd time I called there. I wasn't on the phone w him for more than 1.5 mins and he cut me off time and time again and told me you need to hurry up ..he was very snappy about it.. I said sir im just trying to clarify a couple things before my brother and I drive over an hour to spend alot of money on multiple items and services ... I wasn't even able to have answers .. he was very very rude and while I was asking a question he hung the phone up on me. ... So now we'll take our business and money to another business who seems to care for their customers or even POTENTIAL customers.

I needed a new phone battery for my iPhone and the customer service man, Alex, greeted me with a smile and walked me thru the process of changing the battery, first making sure that all the other functions were working correctly. The process took about an hour and when I returned to pick up my phone Alex again gave me a thorough explanation of what had been done and showed me that my phone was indeed repaired and cleaned. Alex took time and was very courteous to me, which I value as a customer. I will definitely go there. Thank you, Alex!

The young man I talked with was very kind and answered all my questions. After testing the batteries in my two IPhones, he told me the batteries were weak and told me how the Phones would act. They did exactly what he described. I told him I wanted to replace both batteries. He told me how long the wait would be. I came back at the set time and they were repaired. I use this business for all my battery problems; replacing the glass on my iPhone. These guys do a great job!

I highly recommend this location, whether you're a local or a visitor. We dropped in to have a couple of cracked phone screens replaced and were very pleased from start to finish. Cameron and Nick did an excellent job, communicating very clearly what we needed and suggesting further improvements without a ridiculous hard-sell. On top of that, every customer that we saw come into the store was treated with the same respect and care that we were. A+ all around!

Amazing staff at Batteries Plus in North Myrtle Beach! Fixed my iPhone X in less than an hour. New screen, Battery, cleaned my charge port (I thought I needed a new one) applied a new screen protector. These people are so honest. After visiting the “Genius” bar, ironic that’s why it’s in quotes. They lied to me and said any third party repair wouldn’t work and would probably ruin my phone, they told me I needed a new charge port. They quoted me so much I might as well have just bought a new phone. Apple representatives! Don’t Trust Them! Their M.O. is to Lie. Anyway, congratulations to Batteries Plus. Saved me a lot of money. I just wish I would have saved myself a lot of time and gone their first.
